ACT School Partners
A feature of the ACT is that socio-economic disadvantage is less easily mapped by region than in some other cities. As this is the case, students experiencing disadvantage - be it economic, social or cultural - form part of the population of most public schools. ABCN works with primary and high schools in Canberra, with corporate volunteers participating in our reading mentoring programs, Spark and RISE. High schools also participate in Career Choice Day in August each year.
