VIC School Profiles
The majority of schools ABCN work with are in the Northern suburbs and Western suburbs. Many of the schools operate within communities that are characterised by high levels of inter-generational unemployment. Many have low average household incomes and low levels of educational attainment.
The communities have rich cultural diversity, with many students having parents or grandparents for whom English is a second language, and a number of newly arrived to Australia families.
ABCN in Victoria is running GOALS, TEAM and RISE programs with high schools and Spark programs with primary schools.
