Selection and Grouping Process
NSW, QLD and WA schools are selected based on their needs, as determined by each State's Department of Education and Training. In NSW, the Priority Schools Funding Program (PSFP) provides additional assistance to schools with a significant range of challenges, such as a majority of students from Non-English Speaking Backgrounds (NESB), high concentrations of refugees, and high concentrations of students from low socio-economic status backgrounds. Companies are matched with schools based on their industry type and employee base, along with geographic preferences and existing relationships or affiliations.
