Who we are

Australian Business & Community Network (ABCN) is a national not-for-profit that brings business and education together to create greater access to opportunity.

We work with leading Australian organisations and government schools to connect students with corporate mentors, helping young people build confidence and better understand the pathways available beyond school.

Our Councils

ABCN Advisory Council

Senior leaders from ABCN’s member companies and partners are invited to Advisory Council Meetings. The purpose of the Advisory Council is to facilitate and enable the achievement of the ABCN’s mission and objectives. The Council provides a source of independent advice to the Board with regard to ABCN strategy and external relations as well as ensuring that the ABCN remains focused on high impact engagement.

ABCN Principals Reference Council

This group of our most engaged principals representing schools from across Australia meets with ABCN once per term to provide invaluable feedback and new ideas. Strong relationships with our partner schools are at the heart of what we do, and this Council helps us ensure that our strategy, programs and activities continue to meet the needs and priorities of our schools and students.
