Creating Opportunities That Change Futures
Supported by a robust monitoring, evaluation and learning framework, our programs are continually reviewed and refined to ensure they remain evidence-based, aligned with student learning, and relevant to the rapidly changing world of work.
Program evaluation results demonstrate both the quality of our programs and the measurable change they achieve. In 2025, our partner educators gave ABCN programs a Net Promoter Score of +79.

Impact on students in 2025
Every year, ABCN connects thousands of students from low socio-economic communities with volunteer mentors from leading Australian businesses.
In 2025, 9,619 students were mentored in ABCN programs, with a total of 11,930 young people supported across all career-connected learning experiences.
With the support of over 4,000 volunteer mentors, ABCN delivered 515 mentoring programs across 192 schools nationally, giving students access to professional role models, real workplaces and career opportunities that may otherwise be beyond their reach.
